As the head of product strategy, I have consistently operated at the forefront of the industry’s most critical technology pivots, identifying and operationalizing emerging trends before they became standard practice.

As the Chief Product Officier (CPO), I have filled the gap between "detection" and "response," building governed, event-driven platforms that translate real world insights into real time signals that curate personalized and intelligent action.

Uniquely qualified as both a Founder (built/exited a "Physical SOAR" AI platform) and a Global Enterprise Leader (7-Eleven, Luxottica). Expert in bridging the gap between technical innovation and scalable enterprise value.

A CAREER DEFINED BY "FIRSTS": THE EVOLUTION OF CONNECTED INTELLIGENCE

  • The Data & Logistics Era (1990s @ UPS): Spearheaded the industry’s shift toward data-driven operations by serving on the strategic task force that architected UPS’s first Enterprise Data Warehouse. Leveraged this infrastructure to engineer the company's first "Needs-Based" Customer Segmentation model. Simultaneously led the B2C software push by launching "Delivery Intercept"—a market-first automated response capability allowing customers to redirect goods in-transit.

  • The Internet Migration Era (2000s @ Frontgate & Fossil): Led the massive migration from analog catalog models to the internet, launching Frontgate’s first transactional e-commerce site (growing sales to $60M) and architecting Fossil’s first global unified brand and commerce platform across 11 countries, establishing the blueprint for modern global e-commerce.

  • The Omnichannel Era (2010s @ Luxottica): Defined the "Phygital" retail model for the world’s largest eyewear company. 

  • Deployed the industry’s first AR-based "Magic Mirrors" and networked associate tablets to bridge the gap between online digital signals and physical store operations to drive a $26M revenue uplift.

  • The AI & Edge Era (2013–2019 @ InReality): Pioneered Edge AI and "Agentic" systems, building patented platforms that ingest real-time sensor data (Computer Vision/IoT) to trigger automated decisions in physical environments. Productized a Low-Code Automation Engine that democratized complex workflow creation, allowing non-technical operators to build "If/Then" playbooks that governed enterprise response without engineering intervention.

  • The Unified Commerce & Cloud Era (2022–Present @ 7-Eleven): Currently leading the enterprise shift to a "Cloud-First" operational backbone. Architecting the "Unified Commerce" ecosystem, consolidating fragmented legacy on-premise systems into a modern, cloud-native API architecture for full-stack observability, real-time data flow, and AI scalability across thousands of global locations.
